The extra mile

Customer feedback is so important to smaller businesses like ours. We pride ourselves on going 'the extra mile' so that our customers receive a truly personal service, and the kitchen is tailor made to suit their practical storage needs. After delivery, the same designer retains an interest in the project and is on hand to resolve any queries on how the design should work.

It's a real eye-opener when you start to look at customer feedback for other companies. Customers are often not impressed by large organisations using 'customer care' call centres, which are one step removed from the original kitchen designer, who was familiar with their project.

Being left to resolve those snags and issues without adequate support is very frustrating. Both our customers and the fitters who work with us know that they can rely on our expertise all the way through the project, and that we are as proud as they are of the finished kitchens!
